Me, Myself and ADHD
So here's the list of who needs to read this book, EVERYONE!!!
Anyone 12+ who either has ADHD/ADD or has someone close to them with ADHD/ADD... That's parents, teachers, carers, relatives and friends ... And especially the school bully!!!
Apart from the fact that this is an amazing achievement for someone with ADHD, it is also entertaining and 3 ADHD children later I was still coming across bits I didn't know. Well written insight into ADHD
Really liked reading this book. I also have ADHD (& suspected autistic) and reading this book I kept nodding my head and saying SAME! It is well written and I really enjoyed hearing what life was and is like for another ADHDer. Emma King
